Abstract Submission

You will find these guidelines as a downloadable PDF file in English, French, and German, at the end of this page.
In order to submit an abstract, you will first need to register on the conference platform as a proponent (this registration does not require any payment) by clicking the link below.

Once you have registered as a proponent on the conference platform, please click on My publications, + New publication, and fill in the fields as requested.
Guidelines for panel submissions:
"Title": Panel title
"Author": Only add yourself, the panel chair, as an author. If the panel is accepted, the remaining members of the panel will be added as authors at a later stage.
Fill in your name, institution, affiliation
Please tick the "Corresponding Author" box so that all email communications for this panel are channeled through your address.
Please tick "Presenting Author" only if you are presenting a paper within your panel.
"Publication type": please choose "Thematic Session"
"Abstract upload": upload a single PDF file containing the panel abstract followed by all the abstracts of the individual papers comprised in your panel. Each abstract should not exceed 300 words.
"Plain text": copy and paste only the abstract of the panel itself (not of the individual papers comprised in your panel).
"Short bio": Please type in a short bio (max. 150 words) of yourself as the panel moderator. If the panel is accepted, the short bios of the remaining members of the panel will be added at a later stage.

"Title": Panel title
"Author": Add yourself as the author.

"Publication type": please choose "Oral Communication"
"Abstract upload": upload a PDF file containing your abstract (max. 300 words).
"Plain text": copy and paste the abstract (max. 300 words).
"Short bio": Please type in a short bio (max. 150 words).
